赞助商权益声明

为感谢对GCCCD学会活动的支持，赞助商将在与学会理事会协商后，享有以下权益。学会将在合理范围内尽力满足赞助商的需求：

1. 品牌展示与致谢

   • 赞助商的标识（Logo）将展示于所有学会活动相关材料中，包括但不限于活动官方网站、会议手册、海报及其他宣传资料（Logo由赞助商提供）。

   • 在学会活动开幕式及活动相关对外宣传中，主持人将对赞助商的支持进行正式致谢。

2. 特别展示机会

   • 赞助商Logo将在学会活动的特定环节（如茶歇、交流活动等）中获得额外展示机会。

3. 宣传展示

   • 赞助商可在学会活动现场展示其宣传海报或展板，位置与形式将与学会理事会协调确定。

4. 宣传报告机会

   • 赞助商可在学会活动中进行宣传性质的报告或介绍，内容及时长将由双方协商确定，以确保符合活动整体安排与学术规范。

Sponsor Benefits Statement

To acknowledge and thank sponsors for their generous support of GCCCD academic events, sponsors will be entitled to the following benefits, subject to discussion and approval by the Society Council. The Society will make reasonable efforts to accommodate sponsor requests:

1. Brand Visibility and Acknowledgment

   • Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on all materials related to the Society’s events, including but not limited to the official website, conference booklet, posters, and other promotional materials (logo to be provided by the sponsor).

   • Sponsorship will be formally acknowledged during the opening ceremony and in all event-related communications.

2. Special Exposure Opportunities

   • Sponsor’s logo will be featured in selected segments of the Society’s events, such as coffee breaks, poster sessions, or networking activities.

3. Promotional Display

   • Sponsors may display promotional posters or banners at the event venue, subject to coordination with the Society Council.

4. Promotional Presentation

   • Sponsors may deliver a promotional presentation during the Society’s events, with the content and duration to be agreed upon with the organizing committee to ensure consistency with the overall schedule and academic standards.
